I order from this store when I'm at work 4-5 times a week and usually it's about 30min for delivery but today it's been 2 hours and when I called an hour ago they say well we were there and tried to deliver. Well my work department is 10 feet from the door and can't miss me. I'm beyond pissed and still waiting for my single sandwich. Just horrible
Your typical Jimmy John's sub experience, save for the fact that every employee appears to want to eat every sandwich they make. I think that's a good thing? Anyways the sub was fresh and I think the employees hate the signs on the wall.
I was .5 miles from the shop and it took 45 minutes for my one sandwich to be delivered. Ridiculous.

The entire city of Lakewood is only 3 miles wide. Yet this location will apparently only deliver to you if you're within 1000 feet of the store. Why even offer delivery if you can't even cover an area as small as Lakewood? There are much better sandwich shops in town, including ones that aren't too lazy to drive a mile or two to make a delivery. Call Cosmic Dave's instead, they're right across the street and will deliver free anywhere in Lakewood.
