I've never had a problem at this giant eagle. Everyone's helpful and keeps the place clean, despite the stores age. In late 2017 they're remodeling the store and still willing to keep it organized and help you find things they've moved. The Huntington Bank inside is a convenience and opened everyday. The parking lot is nice, with large spots towards the front with enough room to make me feel better about doors not slamming into my truck.
Also, they finally added a modern bike rack. Unfortunately, they put it to close to the building. Because of this, you have to park your bike sideways to lock it up. This severely limits the number of bikes it can hold now.
I know it's not their main thing, but sometimes when other stores are out of vegan cheese or lunch meat I get it here. They stopped carrying it but they have lots of other vegan foods...
Good place to shop, quick and convenient. This is not as big as the other Giant Eagle Stores. Staff is low key, but helpful. Note: as of November 2017 this store is going through a major renovation. Hopefully for the better.
An older store that was recently remodeled. Staff is generally helpful...store layout has always been a little weird. Not helpful for customer who use WIC. No shelf labeling and most accepted brand are hard to locate.
Their selection has gone down a lot lately, the W. 117th location will have more and better items. They also seen to have trouble keeping items in stock.
