I have called them around 5 times in the last year. The secretary says that someone will call me back but I never get a call back. I got an email saying that someone would call and when he did, I missed the call. When I called back, the number was disconnected. I called the secretary again and I still have yet to hear back from anyone. The previous owners of our house said that American Roofing put on our roof, which is a rubber membrane roof. I just wanted them to come out and inspect it to be sure that there were no issues. I finally called another company and they came out next day. I own my own business and this is not the way to do business.

We hired American Roofing to replace our concrete-tile roof after storm damage. He worked with the insurance company and the project manager every step of the way. With very little resistance, the complete tear off, and all necessary code upgrades were covered.
