I love that vegetarian and vegan options are clearly labeled, and how to acquire gluten-free food is clearly explained on the menu. The tofu "wings" were really nice — the one person at the table who had a meaty dish, decided after the meal that future Melt meals would entirely be the tofu wings. Service was pretty solid, although there was an order mistake that I'm fairly certain was due to the incredible loud din of the place. The food was decent. Not a terrible option for "comfort food", but a challenging place to eat even a marginally healthy meal.

VEGANS: The tofu wings are phenomenal. I choose them as an appetizer, even being a "meat-eater".

Third location I've visited, and all have been impressive. Great drink selection and cuisine for the college crowd. My 73 year old dad was left confused, and yearning for simpler dishes, though.

Melt is always a great place for a bite. I recently visited the Melt in Polaris near Columbus and found it weird that this location had different fries. The Columbus location definitely had better fries, but this location had better bread for the gluten free option. The 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon was ridiculous - so. Much. Bacon.

Their first location! Tasty twist on the grilled cheese sandwich. They offer half or full sized portions, and most sandwiches can be made gf or vegan. It's a smaller restaurant, so expect a wait on the weekends. Dude Abides is great, has meatballs and mozzarella sticks!

Let me speak the way I told my friends about this place. My buddy Joe is from Cleveland and said do not leave that town without eating at Melt. I looked at my wife and said let's try it. The place is cool, little edgy, which I like. I am from Chicago and we have a ton of restaurants. My Korean War Pig, Mozz Wedges and Buffalo Chicken Soup were "POWER"! I have been home less than 24 hours and have told 30 people, this place is a MUST! Our server was sweet, I did not catch her name but she was great. Bravo! Good Job! Keep Going!

They have many other vegetarian and vegan options as well (and will specially make dishes to your liking/preferences).
