Need to take some paperwork in for my mother , it's Fridays and I called for information asking if I could bring it to the office tomorrow and she said "sure". They are closed tomorrow.
Maybe I was lucky but the security guard, a gentlemen at a window within the waiting area and the lady taking care of me were very pleasant. She needed some advice from a more experienced colleague because I am an international student and that gentleman was also pleasant and I felt like they both were thorough and wanting me to get positive results as soon as possible. I felt taken care of well and not like I was just a number to them
Was met with attitude from both the agent and then when I asked to speak to a supervisor. When I spoke with the supervisor I explained that I had spoken with a representative earlier when I had called, only for the supervisor to call me a liar. She (supervisor) was very disrespectful, kept interrupting, wouldn't listen nor hear what I had to say. When I asked for her supervisor, she told me there was no one else and asked for 'Z', the security officer. the entire time im being battered with attitude and disrespect I'm keeping my cool and ask to be heard but get hit with being called a liar. Tell me why my tax dollars are paying for the attitude that I have recieved today
