Clean and super friendly staff. Liz helped me today with a household full of thick comforters to clean. I love the single washer dryer unit. Its large capacity and takes 80 minutes to wash and dry everything.
I love the larger washers and dryers and that they accept credit cards. No need to carry around a bag of quarters. Good snack options and a cute little kids area.
This place has a very friendly staff, with extremely big washing machines, a pop machine and snack machine and a area were you can make your own coffee, and a area were your kids can play at, and a couch, and the clothes actually come out nice and dry, they also will wash your clothes for you, they also do dry cleaning, stop by and see it sometime, it's great and a very convertible place to just be yourself while washing your clothes, and don't forget, they also do your clothes for you if you don't have any time, and they also do dry cleaning.
This laundromat was so clean and comfortable. I only came in to wash some large bulky items. I would go back again.
Came here as a back up to my laundry facilities being used.... the worst idea ever!!!! Mandy, Manda... whatever here name is..... has the worst customer service ever... I asked her to show me how to use the washer... she showed me how to change the temperature and pointed to place to put the fabric softener (which was where detergent went), she walked away after that. I went to her an additional time, like can you please show me how to work the washers... oh well you asked about temperature. I proceeded to tell her I initially asked you how to use the washer and you walked away. She then proceeded to say I was rude when I was far from rude with her. When she did walk I am unsure if she felt a certain type of way but when I pointed out that she told me to put my fabric softener where the detergent goes, she told me the instructions were on a washer that I was not using and walked away. She had stated that she could start the washer over and clean the compartments, I said okay I need my clothes clean. She went back to the desk and stars that she wouldn't help me. She proceeded to mumble under her breathe. I asked for a refund so I would never ever have to visit this location ever again. I stated that I see why she works her so she doesn't really have to deal with anyone because she has horrible customer service skills. Next thing you know Lakewood Police department showed up!!! This lady is crazy!!
