Flowers were delivered and looked horrific. Prices were middle of the road, but the flowers lasted a couple days at best.
I was attracted to Brown Pleasance by their delightful, unique name. I have since seen samples of their floral artistry in different locations around the Cleveland area and I just LOVE their style! The colors and styles are not like your run-of-the-mill florist--there is a freshness and innovation that is eye-catching and so appealing. I have spoken with one of the managers, Kathy, and she was very friendly and professional. For ordering flowers in the Cleveland area, Brown Pleasance would be my first choice.
I usually call same day and they always have a great roses at a reasonable price, and very pleasant!
They Have the worst Name Ever...
Placed a last minute order for some arrangements for a funeral. They worked with us to come up with perfect arrangements. We're very pleased with how they came out. They looked beautiful and made the room brighter. Thank you for all your help and making a hard time a little more beautiful.
